Brianna Halloran

As a nationally ranked high school and college swimmer, Brianna has always had a passion for exercise and fitness.   After receiving her B.S. in education from Miami University and an M.S. in Curriculum Design from Ursuline College, Brianna taught for several years in a classroom before beginning work outside of the traditional school environment by helping individual students and small groups on a more personal basis.

In 2009, Brianna was inspired to combine her two loves – teaching and fitness. She obtained her AFAA certification in Group Fitness as well as Zumba that same year, and began teaching at various private clubs, gyms and colleges.

Driven to find an experience that would incorporate both mental and spiritual aspects with her love of fitness, Brianna began practicing yoga on a regular basis in 2009. She immediately developed a strong passion for and curiosity about her practice, leading her to enroll in the Yoga Garden of San Francisco (“YGSF”) 200-hour YTT. She headed home to begin teaching Vinyasa and Iyengar-inspired classes to her community.  Brianna returned to California in 2011 for an 85-hour prenatal training through YGSF.  In 2013 she went back for an 85-hour prenatal training. In 2013 she completed her 500-hour Body Therapeutics YTT through Oasis Yoga Spa in Solon, Ohio, where her primary focus was on body therapeutics. Her most recent training involved another 200-hour YTT through Yoga Shelter.  In 2014 Brianna became certified in TRX and developed a training program on the Isawall system.  


Kate Ely

Kate Ely received her B.A. in Dance from Western Michigan University, studying with professionals such as George Faison, Robert Battle, and Derrick Evans. After graduation, she moved to New York City. Years of competitive dance led to the non-competitive world of yoga. In 2008, Kate received her 200hour Yoga Alliance from the first completely donation-based studio, Yoga To The People. Continuing her studies in dance as well as yoga, Kate studied at the Integral Yoga Institute, Jivamukti Yoga, Steps on Broadway, Peridance and other studios in the city. While there she performed at small venues and began teaching dance within the public school system in Brooklyn. Back in the Midwest, Kate has begun to focus even more on her love of teaching movement through yoga, dance, and fitness and has felt blessed to become a part of the Vibe Wellness family @The 9.

Keon Willis

Keon Willis

Growing up in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Keon developed a love for fitness early on. From football to dance and theatre, Keon realize fitness was the greatest way of expressing himself and his passions. Going on to attend The Ohio State Univeristy, he earned a spot on the Board of Trustees where he realized that in order to pursue his true happiness, fitness was the way to go. It was there that he found that his passion was not only in health and fitness, but in helping others become the best version of themselves. 

Keon believes in a holistic approach to wellness. He trains from the rehab, recovery, and revive method: mind, body and soul. His  infectious spirit lights up the room during personal training sessions and group classes. He puts his heart and sweat into each class to make it a one of a kind experience.

Group instructing and training for over five years now, Keon has also taken his personal fitness to a new level. He has participated in events such as, the Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, and Hero Challenge. Keon’s competitive nature has increased dramatically, not only physically in his workouts and classes, but from a business standpoint. Being the Creator of Flow Fitness, which is approaching it's 2 year active mark, and" Flow Bounce,  Keon's future in health and fitness is looking bright! He has always been active, but he says "doing it professionally is like a dream come true."
