Fluid Movement Yoga

Allow your breath and body to move freely through this semi-structured all levels flow practice. While cueing of breath and alignment are emphasized, this practice truly comes alive through your own personal expression and creativity.  Move with us through your own experience within a safe and comforting environment.

Pilates Infused Yoga

Pilates Infused Yoga is a combination of Asanas (postures), pranayama (conscious breathing), intelligent controlled movement and core strength. It focuses on core stability, flexibility and endurance  while keeping the mind and body connected through the breath. This class challenges you through controlled repetitions of joint movements while staying in a pose. Experience a flow of relaxation  and deep stretch through the Asanas of Yoga with transitions made through the exercise system of Pilates.

Barre FusioN

Lengthen, strengthen, and tone your arms, core and legs in this fitness class. Classical floor barre and center ballet exercises combined with core exercises and a touch of yoga will challenge your body in new ways. In addition many exercises will incorporate a ballet barre, inspiring music and connection to breath. No prior barre or dance experience necessary.

Circuit StrengtH

Featuring the ISAWALL system ~ Get a total body workout with this challenging cardio and strength training class. Be prepared to work smart and hard! TRX, kettle bells, gliding discs, free weights, ankle weights, agility ladders, medicine balls, Bosu & ballast balls…are you ready?!

Core Challenge

Core Challenge is a combination of abdominal strength building, glute and posterior isolations with a stretching component. The music is electric and the class has a constant flow, which creates the challenge! If you are looking to gain balance or more defined core then this is your class!

Flow Bounce

A mixture of dance, strength training, interval training and a party, Flow Bounce focuses on the peaks and valleys of cardio training. With a customized sequence of “Bounces” the class transitions from strength training (squats, lunges, upper body exercises), into rhythm induced dancing and choreography. There are 20+ customized “Bounce” styles and they vary depending on the nature of the music.

Vinyasa Barre

Learn to combine the strengthening and toning of Barre exercises with the breath work and flows of Vinyasa yoga in this fusion class. Find greater range of motion, strength, balance, core work, and increase your flexibility while connecting the movement with your breath.
